Even though Chinease food is good it is unhealthy!!!!!!!

According to New York Times chinease food may be very very very very unhealthy.. In a plate of General Tso's chicken, for example, is loaded with about 40 percent more sodium and more than half the calories an average adult needs for an entire day. It is shown when  you intake to much soidum it retains the fluid in your body which isn't good either. But sometimes when sumthing is good enough you take chances to doit no matter what the risk is..   1. I think this can be very true about some of the chinese food that we eat. Chinese food contains a lot a lot of sodium but so delicious we dont care how much sodium is in the food. But then again you can get healthy veggies for a side dish with your meal that may not contain a lot of sodium and is good for you. Im glad i decided to read this article becuase i love chinese food but in order to be healthy its not somthing that will be good for me to eat in order to be healthy!!

  2. I thinbk you make a very good point here Thomas! But the strange thing about Chinese food is that real chinese food is a lot healthier than the chinese food that us Americans gorge on. That is why people who live in china for the most part are not fat.

  3. I make a very good point.. It could be dangerous to your health to intake to much salt. Salt is known to be a flavor inhanser but it can hurt you in the long run so good luck on the food choices.. :)
